Google - Right to visibility on the internet!

In Europe, approximately 90% of Internet users use Google to search for companies and websites!

Suppose you open a restaurant or a shop in a busy street in your town and you managed to bring together all the elements essential to your businesses success.

But then, the mayor of your city decides to cut off the street or build a wall in front of your business, just because they do not like you! Would you be happy? Would you stay there and not say or do anything?

Google is like the mayor of your town, they decide the visibility of your website, your shop, your business… They are the ones building the walls in front of you, without any right to do so!

There is no Justice!

This practice is called Google Panda or Penguin, but in reality it is just simple de-indexation!

This is a very illegal practice which can seriously harm your company, your business, and YOUR EXISTENCE!

We cannot accept these practices. Think of the internet as the main road in a city, anyone who walks down the road has the right to pass your business without it being hidden by another, bigger company!

How is a large company with a monopoly on the area allowed to affect the visibility of your business without a court order? Justice and fairness should be decided upon by the State or another legal institution and not by a giant web search engine!

Your right to visibility is being broken by these practices! Destroyed by a giant! Destroyed by Google!

The purpose of this petition: We ask for action and sanctions from the European Commission, we want Google to be condemned and damages payed to all the victims that have been de-indexed by Google.

Sign this petition if you disagree with the practices of Google and believe that each company’s visibility and freedom of the Internet that should not be determined by one web giant.
