Make Nicolino Camardi face harsher penalty

On January 9th 2014 a Siberian husky was found dead in an alleyway with its muzzle taped shut and malnourished beyond belief. A cat in similar condition found shortly after.19 year old Nicolino Camardi should face stricter penalties! If convicted Camardi could face only an eighteen month sentence or a $10,000 fine. Help make him face a harsher penalty!!!
