Stop Animal abuse, breeding of animals within their own genes, vivisection (animal experiments)

I want to create an SPCA in Europe, like they have in America, Australia,... Here in Europe they only get a fine display. It's time we can put them to trial to!! We have to make an end to animal cruelty!!
