Community garden in lot on Middle St. and 13th St.

Sharpsburg is a "food desert". A Community Garden would be a way to get fresh produce to the residents during the summer and early fall. The lot on Middle St. and 13th St. would be able to produce plenty of vegetables to help our neighbors.
