Save Saint on death row

Saint is my dog who's been accused of biting someone (supposedly left a "red mark") but no one has yet to show evidence and the reported "victim" refused any medical care.  Saint was dragged shaking and terrified out from under his porch and taken by the Garrard county animal "shealter". He is a dog who a trigger happy Barney Fife cop shot at 3 times and missed (how do you miss a dog who was supposedly feet infront of you). The shots he fired were fired directly toward my home where my 10 month old son was playing in his room at the front of that house. A couple of days after arriving at the facility, I was allowed to visit him. The staff there told me that director of the shelter, Brittany Fain, had told them that she had a dream that the dog broke out of the Shelter and attacked her.  So now she believes he needs to be euthanized and of course Barney Fife wants the dog killed as well. This dog that Brittany believes is so dangerous is never muzzled when he's brought out of his kennel and walked right passed strangers, they allow anyone including a two year old to visit and play with him as long as me the owner is with them. In court, the uncertified, in animal behavior, Brittany Fain said she's diagnosed the dog with bipolar 🤦🏼‍♀️ and that he needed to be euthanized. Really? Saint has never been depressed a day in his life. So, I paid a Certified animal behavior specialist $350 to come evaluate the dog. I wanted a trained professional to do an official evaluation of the dog right? When I told Brittany this she was obviously not happy. On Saturday when I went to visit Saint the staff told me that I couldn't see him just yet, but I could come back in 45 min- Brittany was not there as it was her day off.  So exactly 45 mins later I return for my visit with Saint and Miss Brittany is standing outside waiting for me. She said, "Oh well you can't see him for 10 days now because he bit one of the workers, he's in quarantine which also means the dog can't be evaluated". I get back in my car knowing she's lying, she manufactured this just to make sure that Saint doesn't get evaluated by someone educated in animal behavior. Me, my mom and my dad looked up the official county animal ordinance which clearly states that if an animal is is quarantined, no one except the owner or caregivers coud visit him. Brittany had once again, made up her own rules, she repeatedly refuses to follow the very ordinance that she is paid to enforce. Me and my mom returned to the facility to point this out and to see if we could get a look at the supposed "bite." The staff refused to follow the ordinance, stating that "Brittany" makes the rules and they have to follow what she tells them. The staff member who was "bitten" was there and we asked to see her her wound. She said sure. We were shocked and dumbfounded when we saw what they were calling a "bite." I saw with my own eyes, and so did my mother who's been a nurse for 21 years, a small mark-  and it was a maybe inch and a half red line (like a scratch- not bite) on her armpit🙄. it was so obvious that Brittany was manufacturing the entire incident to make Saint look like a viscious dog. We immediately called the police and asked that they take pictures and document the "wound." The police took pictures and even called EMS to look at the worker,  Brittany had failed to do this herself. Unfortunately, the police officer said he could not enforce the animal ordinance because Brittany called and told them that the prosecuting attorney Mark Metcalf had stepped in and 'ordered' that no one was allowed to see the dog until after the court case. Well, I guess that's one way to win a case, just bar everyone. How do I even know that Saint is still Ok?  Brittany will probably keep inventing evidence.  On Monday we called the County Judge Executive, John Wilson because he is her boss. He was not interested in hearing anything that we had to say. He had already spoken with Brittany. In fact, he told us that he was going to write an executive order to keep me and my mom from seeing Saint until after the court date. Instead of listening to both sides and acting in an impartial manner he  chose to be close minded, heartless, cold and cruel.  He is  supposed to represent the people of the county but here in Garrard county laws, rules, ordinances are meaningless when you have the power that comes with his position. The quarantine prevents an professional evaluation before court and we will no longer be allowed to see Saint, as they plan to kill the him after court. Well that doesn't fly with me. This dog is a sweetheart, he is a Saint. They've offered me deals in court that they'll wave all fees if I just agree to let them kill him and I WILL NOT LET THEM KILL MY DOG. Just because Barney Fife is trying to cover his ass after he discharged his weapon unnecessarily. They've hidden the dash cam footage, hid any evidence of the supposed bite that started all this and refused to let a educated and certified person evaluate the dog because they know they're wrong. Every time I've visited him he's covered in pee and just thick dirt on his fur. He's getting little bald spots on his sides, I was there visiting him a few weeks ago and he had this large lump on his side and when I pointed it out to them, the lady reached down and squeezed it really hard (whole time Saint just wagged his tail) and she pulled a 2 inch pice of chain fence out of his side! And threw it out into the grass before I could get a picture of it. This is corruption! I will fight for this dog, anyone who's met this dog knows he's a sweet dog, dog parks, hiking trails people love him! Please sign this petition that I will bring to John Wilson and to the court on July 24th! This dog has a right to be properly evaluated and John Wilson and Brittany Fain are  purposely preventing that so they can kill the dog. This petition will be used to: 1) Support me in my efforts to persuade Garrard county officials to allow Saint to be evaluated before his court date and 2) Move Saint to a different facility where the staff are impartial  he will be properly cared for until court!! 3) Change be made at the shelter by assigning a new director who's more educated, experienced, and will properly enforce county ordinance!
