Christopher and his wife, Victoria Rich aka DiCicco, an employee of the State of Nevada, took my father, her Grandfather from Assisted living in Kingman, Arizona then took him out of memory care to his attorney, Blake Johnson, to change the Family Trust in Las Vegas to enrich themselves with more that $700,000, the entire estate. Louis was suffering with Dementia, hearing loss and just lost his wife Annamae of 69 years and did not know his relatives due to Dementia. Upon challenging the New Trust, Victoria has spent more than $30,000 defending her position leaving Louis' Special Needs daughter impoverished and changing the Trustee from his son Alan to Victoria. She also has excluded her 2 siblings, Michael and Mark from the inheritance. Henderson Police Fraud Unit, Detective Ryan Jappe is investigating the case. We demand her arrest and return of all monies. This scam has been perpetrated upon numerous elderly for decades in Las Vegas. Arrests of government employees, Police, Guardians, Caretakers, Trustees and family members have all been arrested, indicted and imprisoned.
