On July 10 2022, several homeowners in Gypsum were affected by the nearly two hour long sewage back up, where nearly 7,500 gallons of sewage was spilled before the public works team was able to clear the blockage. We need your help to fight for the compensation for the damages. Our goal is to obtain compensation from the Town of Gypsum, and have them updated sewer infrastructure, as well as maintain the main lines more frequently. The citizens of Eagle River Estates would like the Town of Gypsum to assure that this wont happen again to us or our neighbors.
