Michelin, Give Minibar Three Stars!

The Michelin guide is the premier dining guide for the nation's greatest food scenes and I have had the pleasure of eating in many one, two, and three star-rated restaurants, as well as other recommended eateries, and I have yet to be disappointed.

However, José Andres' Minibar is clearly deserving of a three-star rating. I have never eaten a more creative meal that tasted so delicious at the same time in such a trendy atmosphere yet with such friendly and welcoming staff that went out of their way to welcome you into their kitchen as if it were their own home.

Minibar is not a restaurant, it is a culinary experience, and if Le Bernardin in Manhattan is deserving of three stars (delicious food but nothing nearly as creative as what one might find at Minibar, or even Momofuku Ko, which also deserves three-stars).
