Stop the DNR from harassing a man who is trying to preserve a forest.

a cranberry marsh owner who owned the lake, and land sold his property, and wanted to split it into 1 acre lots. A tree, and land expert who had the intention of preserving the land, and water purchased it to turn it into a boyscout camp, with a public walk, and wildlife resource area. the DNR now wants him to maintain the dam's which are very costly together they cost more than the land. this should have been determined at point of sale. Now the DNR keeps changing the dam's specifications just to complicate matters. the dam's were the responsibility of the DNR before , and they allowed the cranberry marsh owners to raise and lower it to flood the marsh even knowing there were pesticides involved, but now that someone is trying to do the right thing they want the dam to be full responsibility of the land owner even though he will be responsible for all land down stream from what he ownes in a flooding situation. This is unfair, and should fall on the DNR, not a property owner trying to turn this land into a resource that would benefit the environment Please sign this to make the DNR responsible for the dam's, and dam maintenance. this land is important to wildlife, aquatic birds, eagles, osprey bear, and other species, as well as future generations of people who care about the environment.
