Stop killing homeless animals in Omsk, Russia!!!

Government of Omsk, Russia provide a huge sum to special companies, which shiuld catch and kill homeless dogs in the streets. Besides, this money can be spent on the construction of shelters or special centers for such animals. Please, help citizens of Omsk stop killing defenceless dogs!!!
