New Mexico authorities refusing to comply with state and county animal rights/welfare laws and ordinances

New Mexico like most states ignores the many reports and concerns of animal neglect, abuse, abandonment and dog and rooster fighting that goes on daily regardless of countless reports to those who are hired to advocate for these voiceless and helpless beautiful creatures.
This is a "World Wide Problem" but the problem is immediate for me as I was born and raised in New Mexico.
I manage my "Dog Sanctuary" while compliant with State and County laws and ordinances yet I am challenged relentlessly by those who should be on the same side as myself and who are hired to protect all animal's welfare.
A petition may not make a difference but it will bring attention to those individuals who like me work daily to better the lives of so many beautiful creatures who deserve to live a quality safe happy healthy life and experience love and kindness from human beings instead of fear and pain at the hands of cruel psychopaths most animals depend on for survival.
