"Government must protect green snail from extinct"

Green Snail is only found in Manus an Island of Papua New Guinea. It is in a dangerous situation as local people are rapidly harvesting and selling at the local market. Some are exporting overseas. Government should step in an an act a law that will protect this endanger species from extinct.
My solution is to form a co-operative groups for all the inland of Manus and create a umbrella associating to look after this farm and only these farmers will sell and there will be control of that endanger species.
