Remove Appalachian Power From South West Va.

We all have battles through life but battling electric companys shouldn't be one of them. Last month my electricity was shut off causing my girlfriends child to loose 90% of his medication. When I spoke to a supervisor at Appalachian Power she laughed at me. My balance was $74 dollars and that was the present months bill. After paying $200 I then had to pay an additional 170 dollars for a reconnection fee leaving a balance of $24. Now being a week later my bill is $186. Doesn't sound bad but the threats of shutting my electric off again have been made. When I asked why my bill is so high this month they claim to have added numerous amounts of charges again just to get more money. We need another electric company in southwest va. I say we stand up and get more companys here and get rid of the disrespectful and careless people that work and own Appalachian Power.
