Henry Sintay, a.k.a. Jogger Joe, loves running shirtless around Lake Merritt, wearing his hat backward like a bro and harassing the homeless. If you don't believe me, see for yourself in this video where Sintay walks up to a homeless man's encampment and begins to scatter the man's belongings with his feet. He then throws all of his belongings into the lake or nearby trash.
The video is heartbreaking. Other park-goers even try to confront him and ask him to stop, but he continues.
Once Sintay realized he was being filmed, he then assaulted the bystander, according to
reports.
Jogger Joe had no right to destroy a man's home, nor did he have permission to take all of his belongings and toss them away like trash. He also had no right to assault someone for confronting him about his bad behavior.
This man should be charged and prosecuted. Please sign the petition and demand that Oakland Police find and arrest Jogger Joe and make sure he pays for his disgraceful behavior.
