Terminate Megan Garner of Rural Hall, NC For Allowing Puppy Killing

Justice For Shayla in North Carolina: Shayla (pictured above) was a 4 month old adorable puppy killed by Megan Garner's callous and cold decision. Garner must be removed from Rural Hall. With your signature, this petition will target Rural Hall City Officials, Board Members and North Carolina State Government including the State Governor. Bottom Line: ALL animal shelter employees should have been rabies vaccinated and know how to properly handle all animals. This was a PUPPY! Garner knows this. Garner is not an ethical choice to lead any town or city. Thank you for signing but keep sharing it! Need 10,000 signatures. It is the hope to obtain 10,000 signatures as quickly as possible and get it printed out and sent to NC state and city officials right away. Megan Garner must be Terminated for making such a coldhearted decision on a innocent puppy. There was a better way to handle this. And she would've been adopted. Shayla as it turns out, never had rabies.

Goal is 10,000 signatures then this petition will be printed out and mailed certified to all city, county and NC state officials as well as local news stations. Megan Garner is NOT qualified nor compassionate to run a town let alone deal with a puppy's fate.
