Mandatory Psych Evaluations & Internal Investigations for Police

Through history, many police have gone through trauma. I believe this trauma, along with other factors, cause police to be more hostile towards citizens. Mostly POC. I believe that having mandatory psych evaluations for police will help get rid of any cops that are racially biased, have unresolved ptsd, or have narcissistic personalities.

Internal investigations every time a suspect or citizen dies while being apprehended or arrested needs to be done. We cannot allow police to cover up murder after murder claiming it self defense.
