Register Animal Abusers Like Sex Offenders

THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR TORTURING ANIMALS.
IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT PEOPLE WHO TORTURE ANIMALS, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE YOUNG, HAVE BECOME SERIAL KILLERS AND CHILD ABUSERS.
ALL ANIMAL ABUSERS AND TORTURERS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER LIKE SEX OFFENDERS AND SEXUAL PREDATORS.
My cat, Jack, was criminally tortured by people invovled in repeatedly burglarizing my residence. I found body fluid stains embedded into the material of a velux blanket that he was tortured in, as well as claws and bite holes in the fabric of this banket that was in like new condition otherwise. The blanket had been folded so that the stains and claw and bite marks were concealed when I washed it to get any dust on it off as it was on Jacks' chair in a corner next to the wall. I had been confined out of the house at the time this act occurred and he had been left alone in the house.
Jack has since died, this year after sickness from cancer, which I believe he developed as a result of being repeatedly traumatized by the criminal intruders who are still at large.
Let no animals' torture or poisoning go unpunished.
LET NO GOVERNMENT OR HOMELAND SECURITY HELD POSITION PREVENT CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL OR NON-GOVERNMENT PERETRATORS, AGENTS, OPERATIVES, INFORMANTS OR CONTRACTORS BE ABOVE PROSECUTION AND REGISTRATION AS A CRIMINAL ANIMAL ABUSERS.
If Jacks suffering and death could lead to preventing more animals and people from the same fate, then it will have benefited others, from his torture becoming know so that people can act on this knowledge.
Please share this petition and help stop animal abuse.
It is known from the life history of many serial killers, pedophiles and child abusers that they have also tortured animals.
People need to warned about these kind of abusers moving into an area, by requiring registration of animal abusers and torturers, just like a registered sex offenders
