IMPLEMENT A HUMAN LAW FOR MANAGING THE STRAY PROBLEM IN ROMANIA

After implementing the law of euthanasia in Romania there are many abuses against the poor strays in streets, shelters,everywhere, they are brutally abused and killed.
In the name of many international animal activist groups , we kindly ask you to reconsider it and to change it for managing in a humane way the problem of the stray dogs (by sterilizing, adoptions not by the mass killing of them).
We appreciated the suggestions of independent deputy REMUS CERNEA who insisted rightly
that the current laws generates only a significant spending of public funds without solving the problem and that this huge suffering of the stray dogs and also of the people who love and try to save them is useless and against the moral values of a civilized society. We quote the World Health Organization which stated in 1990 that the mass killing of the stray dogs is inefficient and there are other ways to solve this problem in a civilized manner.
