Concerned citizens MUST be heard by The Loomis Town Council and Loomis Planning Commission to not let these changes go forward. Demand that the major developers of The Village at Loomis stay within the current general plan. The proposed changes will allow 416 new units, including a 3 story, 117 apartment buildng right behind Raley's. The projected minimum total of 1200 new residents is over 20% increase in population.
