Term Limits for US Senators and Representatives!

The current term limits is unlimited two-year terms for US Senators and the majority of Senators have been in the house for more than 30+ years, and every year and the same Senators are re-elected over and over by voters or special election. In addition, Senator's serve six-year terms and elections to the Senate are staggered over even years so that only about 1/3 of the Senate is up for reelection during any election.

I would like propose that the term limits be changed;

1. Senators should only be allowed to serve 2 - 6 year terms, once they have served, they should not be eligible for re-election.

 2. Currently Senators must be at least thirty years of age but there isn't a cut off age. So, I propose once a Senator reaches the age of 55 he/she is no longer eligible to serve as a Senator.
