We the People of California Want Clean and Affordable Drinking Water Amend AB434

As a small community water system we are faced with compliance by the State to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act. We are faced with millions of dollars in a centralized treatment system for only 83 rate payers. We have proof that Point of Use systems work and should be reclassified as a permanent solution. Currently AB434 only allows a temporary use not to exceed 3 years. Technology has advanced and we ask that with an amendment we can all have clean and safe drinking water at a price we can afford.
