Call for the resignation of Judge Ralph Strother

Judge Ralph Strother failed in his duty to protect the people. He recently dismissed 4 sexual assault charges for ex Baylor student Jacob Walter Anderson, made him pay 400$ instead and accepted a bargain for a lesser charge of unlawful restraint. Sexual assault needs to be punished! Judge Strothers is allowing evil behavior to continue by not imposing a more harsh punishment for such a human violation. He is not fit to judge crime.
