JUSTICE FOR CHANEL

On July 18th, 2018 around noon our baby chanel ran outside of my home and got hit by a WHITE car. It was reported that the vehicle could have been a BMW. The driver drove away without taking responsibility to our tradegy. This took place between Melvin Avenue and wild avenue in Travis area in Staten Island NY 10314. The Schmul Park is located between these cross streets. The park brings heavy amounts of traffic and the people have no respect for the residential area. Drivers go triple the speed limit. I want to put a stop to this. My family and I are devastated for our loss of our beautiful loving puppy. We would like to find out who is responsible for this tragedy, furthermore we would like to prevent this tradegy to happen in our community in the future to someone's pet or child. With that being said we would like to start a petition to have speed bumps built on these roads. Speed bumps will help prevent vehicles driving  erratically down our blocks and make it a safer place for the kids in the park and our family pets. Please share and support my campaign for my baby angel.
