There is a growing Epidemic in America! The Mutilation of Humans including Children to evade arrest, and blame the victims of criminals crimes. There are Countless Reports in the state of Florida that state: The unscrupulous Criminals of Human & Sex Trafficking/ Slavery are now mutilating adults, and children alike to evade arrest. They are mutilating all body parts including genetalia to unrecognizable status quo. While rapeing them incessantly. They have then falsely arrested while holding them hostage with a smile on their face calling themselves friends, boyfriends, family members in their homes. And even Murdering their pets, family members, and themselves for snuff films. I hear there is a growing ring involved in fecal matter of animals, and human feces alike being used both on, and around the victims and their domiscile; It even includes their vehicles, clothes, shoes...To steal their: Property, Identity, Murder their families, deplete their bank accounts, and sell their properties so they can do it again; to unsuspecting people in: Our cities, state, and country (rural areas are not exempt). They speak coded and made up languages and maps using items like lighters, keyboard clicks, cat calls, flashlights, and/in Morse code. I hear this same M.O. is happening world wide (no confirmed reports). The Victimology predominantly are: Sex workers, poverty stricken, the personal injury claim Victims, the disabled and elderly with checks. They do not exclude the up and coming entrepreneurs as they do steal their Ideas, and business models. They tend to try to immulate every aspect of their being. Claiming they are the communist party, and nazis in a union taking over the world. Threatening all government systems This Must be Stopped! They are treasonists, claiming they are from Cuba, Isreal, Argentina, America, and are of black slavery ancestry. They stated they are Crack heads who started out as theives that use specifically "cocaine and crack". We need better laws & penalties for crimes committed at a lower level having to do with stealing, home invasion, Larceny. Anything pertaining to topics related to the "hausing" of unpaid for, and personal items no matter how small. They video tape each crime committed to create unauthorized productions that include but are not limited to rape, terror, and snuff films which they capitalize on using the world wide web. They hide in subliminal messages type of crimes, and use phone swapping to accomplish passing on these illegal practices (this is where all the stolen phones have gone). Legislature needs Stiffer Laws, Penalties. We are asking for the Death Penalty, as to not create a burden on Tax Payers housing criminals for life in Prison convictions. Since all lives matter we need more funding for more investigative personnel to be hired, proper procedure and protocol to be adhered, and better training for local Law Enforcement and to Military. As local law enforcement is not equipped or funded to handle such an epidemic to "Protect and Serve" civilians.
