Stop subhumans killing and maiming animals

The Government is not doing enough to stop the cruelty of the animals and birds of this country. We often see dogs walking along the roads and even more knocked over and killed because they have been thrown out by the so called hunters. The dogs should be chipped but they are not, the Government vets are a waste of time they are reluctant to come out to cases of cruelty and I could go on.
I would like to seek the help of the UK newspapers by asking them to ask their readers to boycott Cyprus until the Government bring in a law to protect the birds and dogs & cats with a heavy fine and have there dogs taken off them until they comply with the law.
