Having a Fake Service dog is a terrible thing to do. It may seem cool and fun but the truth is, it is actually VERY selfish. Do you know what you are doing to the people with real disabilities?! Getting your PET dog a jacket and vest because you want them with you all the time is very inconsiderate. How would you feel if you had an actual legitimate disability with a REAL service dog and then one day, somebody didn't allow you inside somewhere due to previous misbehaving, FAKE SERVICE DOGs. If you have an "emotional support dog," you can't legally have a service dog. American Disabilities Act only recognizes service dogs that help when you're in a wheelchair and the dog is pulling you, etc.,or if you're blind, guiding you, or reminding you to take medicine if you are mentally ill, or alerting you if you are deaf. If you don't have these, ADA says you do not have a disability worthy of a real service dog. C'mon think about it. If you have a fake service dog for your own pleasure and you don't think that you are being selfish, think again. You are hurting the people who rely on their REAL service dogs!
I wan to get over 1,000 signs for this. Guys please help me stop this. It is terrible. When you don't have a disability, you should not have a service dog.
