Animal abusers should get a stronger penalty so this can really stop!!!

Have people pay for any kind of abuse torture and murdering! They keep doing it because there is no action penalty or punishment for their horrific cowardly acts! They can’t defend themselves! They need us to protect them and all. People do is the opposite. I see it in person and on social media all the time! People don’t care! There should be a law for animals to be protected!!! What world are we living in that we allow this!!!
