Demand REAL Justice in Snohomish County!

20 year old male Brian Varela rapes a 17 year old female Alyssa Noceda while she is overdosing and then breaks her bones to fit her in a bin, sends pictures of her naked body around and uses her fingerprint to get into her phone and post on her social media. He was just sentenced 3 years. Opposing situation, 15 year old male was in a group of 5 kids around the same age were involved in a gun shooting that resulted in 1 death, the 15 year old who did not shoot was just sentenced 10-20 years. These happened around the time time, in the same neighborhood. This petition is to get some justice here in Snohomish County and get Brian Varela in prison for much longer.
