STOP THE ANIMALS EXTERMINATION PREPARED BY THE PSOE, SPAIN

The first Spanish catalog on invasive species prepared by the Ministry of Environment established the 168 animal species as invasive. The order is to eradicate because they threaten the ecosystem.
The Ministry of Environment prepared a decree authorizing the destruction of all animals that are considered invasive species. Within this range are found from the raccoon to the American mink.
The draft royal decree for the development of the Spanish list of invasive alien species and protection of native species indicates that eradication of "the copies of feral dogs and cats that are released in the wild", ie dogs and cats abandoned by their owners in the field and have learned to survive.
The draft leaves open the door to urgently start to exterminate a species if there is any not covered and allows regions to establish additional catalogs to extend the list of Government.
Please note that for the government, with interest species for hunting and fishing, are not taken into account when included in this catalog. A contradiction but it shows that for the PSOE, the animals are mere resources.
El primer catalogo espaniol sobre especies invasoras que prepara el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente establece las 168 especies de animales consideradas como invasoras. La orden es erradicarlas porque amenazan el ecosistema.
El Ministerio de Medio Ambiente prepara un Real Decreto que autorizara el exterminio de todos los animales que sean considerados como especies invasoras. Dentro de este abanico se encuentran desde el mapache hasta el vison americano.
El borrador de real decreto para el desarrollo del catalogo espaniool de especies exoticas invasoras y la proteccion de especies autoctonas indica que hay que erradicar a "los ejemplares de perros y gatos asilvestrados que se encuentren en libertad en el medio natural"; es decir, perros y gatos abandonados por sus duenios en el campo y que han aprendido a sobrevivir.
El borrador deja abierta la puerta a empezar a exterminar con urgencia una especie si aparece alguna no contemplada y permite a las comunidades autonomas establecer catalogos complementarios que amplien el listado del Gobierno.
Cabe destacar que para el gobierno, especies con interes para la caza y la pesca, no son tenidas en cuenta a la hora de incluirlas en este catalogo. Un contrasentido mas que pone de manifiesto que para el PSOE, los animales son solo meros recursos.

It came to our attention causing the greatest surprise and dismay, that the Spanish Ministry of Environment is preparing a Decree authorizing the extermination of ALL animals considered to be invading species. In this range we find from raccoons to American mink and we are underlying our greatest disagreement based on:
- the absurdity of massacring a great number of animals towards ecology
- the Declaration of Animals Rights
Art. 1 a) All the animals are equal in front of life and have equal rights to live
Art. 2 b) Man, being an animal species, cannot arrogate the right to exterminate other species or exploit them this right. Man has the duty to put his knowledge to the service of animals
Art. 4 a) all animals belonging to a wild species have the right to live freely in their own natural habitat, whether land, air or aquatic. And to reproduce
Art. 12 a)all the acts implicating death of a great number of wild animals are genocide, a crime against the species.
Art 14 a) those Bodies and Organisations aimed at protecting and safeguarding animals must be represented at a governmental level
b) animal rights must be defended by the law, as per human beings
This project violates the above reported Articles and we ask you to hear also our voice: find a solution to this problem avoiding to assassinate unnecessarily so many animals.
In addition, we bring to your attention the fact that this Decree opens the door to arbitrariness, that the fact that the animal is referred to as %u201Cinvader%u201D is radically unjust.
We strongly urge you to cancel this project of massacre which is only an act of immense cruelty and would bring a great deal of harm, not only for threaten animals but too for ecology supposed to be beneficiary and humanity, and we fear that for your country fame.
We want to express our major preoccupation by the accumulation of cruelties, barbaric actions against animals, the lack of empathy and regulation of this situation in your country..

Dentro de este abanico se encuentran desde el mapache hasta el vis%uFFFDn americano y queremos presentar nuestro desacuerdo con este prop%uFFFDsito ampar%uFFFDndonos:
- En la absurdez de pretender masacrar a un gran n%uFFFDmero de animales en pos de la ecolog%uFFFDa;
- En la Declaraci%uFFFDn de Derechos de los Animales:
Art. 1 a) Todos los animales nacen iguales ante la vida y tienen los mismos derechos a la existencia.
Art. 2 b) El hombre, en tanto que especie animal, no puede atribuirse el derecho de exterminar otros animales o explotarlos violando este derecho. Tiene la obligaci%uFFFDn de poner sus conocimientos al servicio de los animales.
Art. 4 a) Todo animal perteneciente a una especie salvaje, tiene derecho a vivir libre en su propio ambiente natural, terrestre, a%uFFFDreo o acu%uFFFDtico y a reproducirse.
Art. 12 a) Todo acto que implique la muerte de un gran n%uFFFDmero de animales salvajes es un genocidio, es decir, un crimen contra la especie.
Art%uFFFDculo 14 a) Los organismos de protecci%uFFFDn y salvaguarda de los animales deben ser representados a nivel gubernamental.
b) Los derechos del animal deben ser defendidos por la ley, como lo son los derechos del hombre.
Este proyecto viola los art%uFFFDculos anteriores y les pedimos escuchar nuestra voz: que ante este problema se busque una soluci%uFFFDn que no signifique el asesinato innecesario de tantos animales
Se%uFFFDalamos adem%uFFFDs que ese decreto abre la puerta a toda clase de arbitrariedades, so pretexto de que un animal que quisieran destruir ser%uFFFDa %u201Cinvasor%u201D, es entonces radicalmente injusto.
Les pedimos encarecidamente que cancelen ese proyecto de masacre que s%uFFFDlo ser%uFFFDa una acto de gran crueldad y perjuicio tanto a los animales como a la ecolog%uFFFDa que supuestamente debe ser la beneficiaria de su decreto y la humanidad, am%uFFFDn de su capital pol%uFFFDtico y de la imagen de su pa%uFFFDs.
queremos expresar nuestra mayor preocupaci%uFFFDn frente a la acumulaci%uFFFDn de actos de crueldad y barbarie cometidos contra animales, la falta de empat%uFFFDa y regulaci%uFFFDn de esta situacion en su pa%uFFFDs.
