Bail-out for British Bees

This petition is to keep the ban on bee-killing pesticides.
The UK government has gagged their own experts - because they already said no to the pesticide companies that want bee-killing toxins back on UK fields this autumn.
Now the final decision’s being made behind closed doors - with Environment Minister Liz Truss at the helm. A heavily biased political decision with no scientific basis.
Big-money pesticide companies will be throwing everything they’ve got into swinging the decision their way. So the race is on. They have (lots of) cash - but we have people power (this will impact heavily in Britain but will also have a knock-on effect in Europe shortly afterwards); together we can persuade Liz Truss to do the right thing.

Liz Truss caved-in to big business during the last meeting and gave the go-ahead for the use of insecticides that not only threaten our bee populatiion but many other species too - including the re-surging butterfly population. This, of course, is in keeping with DC and his "business plan for the UK". Big business does not care about you and me and our environment is just a resource to be plundered.
Stand up and fight for our bees, our butterflies and our environment.
