Designate the Drayton Avenue Presbyterian Church property as a historic district.

To the Ferndale City Council and the new owner of the Drayton Avenue Presbyterian Church property:

We, the undersigned residents of Ferndale and surrounding neighborhoods, petition the Ferndale City Council to designate the church property as a historic district that is protected from demolition.

We are opposed to high-density development, support maintenance of the current population density, and look forward to working with the new owners for the best possible outcomes for all concerned.
