Demand to Stop Crime Rates in Portales

Our community has been damaged by a drug "Epidemic", which has increased our crime rates! We can not just sit back & act as if there is no problem in our town! If you believe the problem to be the people, you must find a solution for the people, other then incarceration. Obviously incarceration is not helping any of the people in our community! Our crime rates would hopefully decrease, & we wouldnt have so many people walking the streets due to being "homeless" because of addiction! How can we make these things decrease and put an end to addiction in Portales? BUILD A LOCAL REHABILITATION FACILITY!! Give our community the power to put an end to it now.
