Require Micro-chipping of All Exotic Reptiles Sold in US

    Owners of exotic reptiles are not being held responsible when these creatures escape or are being intentionally released in the US. Some of these, such as the rock python, are devastating local environments by breeding in the wild and upsetting fragile ecosystems. If these animals can be traced back to their owners then punitive measures can be taken against the culprits.
