Government officils cant get away with animal abuse

In Laurel County Kentucky a man and his wife we're charged with 80 counts of animal abuse they already had welfare checks done and a dead dog was found this man is running for judgeship and Taylor County Kentucky all the charges were dropped and his wife is now being giving clearance to go and pick out her 25 favorites to take back home Kentucky is ranked the worst state in the nation for animal abuse Rebecca and Bobby Phillips have no charges
