Ban the sale of companion animals in pet stores in New York State

In banning the sale of companion animals in pet stores in New York State will decrease the demand for puppy mills and animals given to the shelters. Other Cities and States that have banned the sale of companion animals in pet stores have seen over a 25% decrease in euthanization and over 35% adoption rate increase.
