Demand an end to the neglection of pets under the care of vets

We took our family dog that was 8 months old for a spay that caused her to hemorrhage to death due to the neglection of the veterinarians to be in the office after hours. Resulting in the dog bleeding to death. This could have been prevented had they had people checking on the dog after surgery. On precautions we would not suggest using TLC located in Cincinnati Ohio.
We need to get Dr.Wrights license revoked due to his lacking of surgery knowledge in causing the hemorrhage resulting in the death of our family puppy Phoenix.
We need change to happen so no more innocent family pets lose there life due to negligence.
