To show Dollar General and investors we don’t want them in our town

They have bought property to build on but was not interested several years ago. Long story short community put in a really nice general store with dollar aisles and being a small community they are not interested in us just the profit side. There are 3 Dollar General stores within 30 miles. It would only cause hardships with our loyal stores
