Demand Childhood Cancer research gets it's share of Funding!

EVERY day, 43 children in the US will be diagnosed with cancer. The 4 typical chemo drugs were developed in the 1970's. They are prohibatively expense for many, and sometimes the dosages are sent for an ADULT, so then much of it gets thrown away. (Plus parents can easily spend 20+ hours to GET the vital drug shipped to their home.)
What needs to happen is for Congress, Research institutions and Corporations to put competition/greed aside and PRIORITIZE childhood cancer research, and to develop new drugs for kids, the same as they have for adults. Insurance company restrictions on where prescriptions can be filled needs to STOP. (We also need REASONABLE tort reform so that there is less prohibatively high risk of lawsuit for this research, when a desperate family is willing to help with such research)
