Do you have rights on your jobs

Do you have rights on your job in the state of Georgia.  No we don't have rights an hour jobs in Georgia so let's make a change  sign this petition and just get the laws changed.  Did you know that most jobs in the state of Georgia can change your start time how many hours you work on your shift whether not you have a lunch or a break and then on top of that they can call mandatory overtime on you at any point in time.  Let me give you an example of my job:  my schedule is the five day work week 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM starting in January it was made mandatory that we work the whole month of January every Saturday and have one day off,  from February to present we work every Saturday and only had one day off during the work week,  I want management came to us and said that they wanted to change our shift to a 10 hour shift because we have three different shoes and they did not want to shift to overlap and run into each other so they asked us to vote on a start time which was 5:15 AM with 2  15 minute breaks and a  45 minute lunch and get off at 4 PM or you could start at 5:30 AM with 2  15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch and get off at 4 PM, well we voted on what we wanted it and when it came down to it management came to us and said 85% of the warehouse voted and 82% of the people chose to come in at 5:30 AM two breaks and a 30 minute lunch and get off at 4 PM .  So in other words they gave us what they wanted us to have which was the 30 minute lunch go into work at 5:30 AM and get off at 4 PM .  So as you can see by Georgia being a right to work state your job can do the  same to you just as my job did to us because there is no way possible we would choose a 30 minute lunch over a 45 minute lunch when we barely have enough time to eat  lunch in 45 minutes because we have so far to walk from our work areas  to the break room and then we have to wait on the microwaves.
