Lottford Vista Road Golf Course Saftey Net Needed Immediately

I was driving on Lottsford Vista Road on July 4th, when a golf ball flew down and hit the front hood of my car. Lottsford Vista Road travels alongside Enterprise Golf course in Mitchellville MD. The Golf course only has a 12ft fence that travels up the road alongside the golf course, and is supposed to be the barrier between the golf course and the road. A 12ft fence? Seriously? Im not the only person that has experienced this ridiculousness. An employee of Charles Herbert Flowers High School, whom travels this road daily to Get to work, says that a golf ball almost hit his car as he was driving on the same road on a different day. What if that golf ball hit my windshield instead of my hood and caused me to crash? I could've died. The State of MD seems to not care at all as they hide behind state immunity laws that excludes the state of assuming any liability. Basically I have to pay a $500 deductible to get my car repaired because of the state's negligence to put an efficient barrier around the golf course. A toddler could see the injustice in this situation. Also there are deer that are notoriously known for habitating there. What if a golf ball hits and kills a doe?
