We demand better healthcare for inmates

On July 29th 2018 my brother who is an inmate in,Hagerstown Correctional Institutions where he was serving his time for his crime. On this day my brother Brian Jones had an asthma attack which lead to him going into cardiac arrest. My brother then died and brung back and now is currently on life support. It was said that he went 30 minutes without oxygen, which now they say he severely brain damaged. In the month of July it was extremely hot weather so that means if its 100 degrees outside its 120 degrees in the building. We need to change the way the prison handles these types of situations. These inmates are there serving there time. Their lives are in the hands of the state.
