Background checks and drug testing for political leaders

Companies and corporations require American Citizens to under go background checks and drug testing before being hired!
Political leaders should have to obey the same rules to be able to serve the American Citizens. Also, I believe it is important they under go a Psychological Evaluation to make sure there is no problems with mental illness, anger management and unstable behavior.

No felonies should be on their record and no problems with domestic violence or drug addiction.

Random drug testing should be put into place.
