Demand justice for kokito

There is no excuse for this dogs death. The owner should be charged with animal cruelty. I myself would never put any living being in the overhead compartment of any plane. There is no air getting into this compartment I would not have taken the flight if this information was relayed to me. Also if i been a passenger on this flight hearing the dog bark i would have gotten up and did something. This is just shameful. The owner should banned from having any more animals. I believe the owners are totally responsible.
