Punish owner for severely burning Diesel out of rage!

An August 12th investigation led authorities to a home in Willet where authorities found a dog in horrendous condition requiring urgent veterinary care. The dog had severe burns all over his body.

Five month old Diesel was severely neglected and abused by his owner Nicholas Rathbun. The owner denies everything claiming he didn't know how the dog got burned. The investigators suspect obviously that his claim is pure heresay. How can he not know how such an injury could occur? Diesel does not deserve to be marked for life, he deserves justice!
