Aqua Texas Water Company Failing to meet requirements and expectations

Aqua Texas is the water company in our area. They have over several weeks and even months, either lost water or lost pressure and failed to notify us. In addition, they have been filling the water tower at night without notifying anyone of any issues.

In addition to all this, the area is allowing bigger houses on the properties which will ultimately affect the water service for the area. Aqua Texas does patch jobs on the pipes when they break, there has been no replacement or upgrade to the pipes in many years. But on March 2nd and 3rd, 2018 the residents received a letter from Aqua informing us on March 1, 2018, that they were raising rates after the fact and on top of the other issues we are having in this area. They are not notifying us of boil water notices or other things that by law they are required to do. We are asking that Aqua Texas lose they ability to provide water to our area and they receive a new company who is willing to upgrade the lines and conduct service in a legal and professional manner.
