Keep Mrs. Dally Teaching at Lincoln School

For the past four years, Mrs. Claudia Dally has been a teacher at Garwood Lincoln School. She has made an enormous impact on the lives of her students, both academically and emotionally. Mrs. Dally seeks to individualize learning, allowing students to grow using their own interests and talents as a foundation for growth. She is extremely creative and speaks to her students in a clear, age-appropriate manner that not only keeps her students engaged in learning, but also gives them the confidence needed to succeed.

Mrs. Dally allows her students to be true to who they are, while molding and shaping them into the best versions of themselves. The difference she makes in the lives of her students is not only remarkable, but also undeniable.

Parents of Mrs. Dally's students appreciate the clear directions and communications she provides between home and school. All guidelines, learning objectives, and other promises made at Back to School Night in September, have been honored by Mrs. Dally without change. The trust and respect parents have for Mrs. Dally allows them to feel comfortable approaching her regarding their children's academic, social, and emotional performance at school, as they see how deeply she cares for them.

With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in both Early Education and Special Education, Mrs. Dally has the skills, desire, creativity, and heart to continue being a great teacher for many years to come. However, at the Board of Education meeting on Mary 21, 2019, the superintendent stated that Mrs. Dally's contract would not be renewed for the 2019-2020 school year. Or in other words, Mrs. Dally will not be allowed to continue teaching at Lincoln school.

The Garwood community is rallying behind Mrs. Dally and seeks to secure her position at Lincoln school for the 2019-2020 school year. In order to meet our goal, we need your help! Please sign our petition supporting the renewal of Mrs. Dally's teaching contract at Lincoln School.
