First and foremost, we will always be a family-friendly bowling alley that allows people of all ages to have fun, relax, and make memories together. That is not changing. However, we do plan to convert a small portion of the existing footprint of our building into a brewpub (i.e. a casual restaurant offering beer brewed on-site) that will be integrated into our current business.
In recent years, food and beverage service has become an essential component of the bowling industry and many other centers have updated accordingly. We hope to do the same. As part of this kitchen expansion, we also plan to expand our food offerings to include some healthier options for our patrons.
Alongside the new food offerings, we plan to provide unique craft beer options that we create on-site, in addition to the beer and wine that we already serve. We have been licensed to serve beer and wine for the past 15+ years and are responsible license holders. We are now also licensed federally and by the state of Massachusetts as a "pub brewery." The beer we will craft is intended to provide our establishment with a product to sell on-site.
