Stop animal hog and chicken confinements

Animal -- chicken and hog confinements with up to 2,000 animals in one building and sometimes 20 buildings on one site, cover this state. They are cruel to animals, unhealthful to water and food supplies and people who live near them, frequently retired family farmers themselves, say the smells are so bad their traditional ways of life have been destroyed.
