Oppose rezoning on corner of Mullen and Grady Ave

A developer has applied to rezone 3916 W Mullen Ave into a multi-family residential property. This is planned to be a large 4 unit townhome with 2 units facing Mullen and 2 facing Grady. This petition is to express opposition to rezoning and keep this lot a single family home. We are concerned about additional traffic and congestion on a corner where children walk to and from school, overtaxing our infrastructure, decreased property values and setting a precedent for other developers to build more townhomes in our single family neighborhood. Sign and comment below! Please also come to the rezoning hearing 3/14 at 6:00pm, city council chambers, 3rd floor, old city hall, 315 E. Kennedy Blvd.
