Make bleach bottles less colourful

I was thinking what is a way we can stop young children's deaths from bleach is making the bottles less bright. What I want to do is make bleach bottles black with a white label because if bleach bottles are bright colours children more likely to play with it. I just think we should try and stop deaths like this happening a lot.
